Chris recently rewired our bungalow and did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was professional, reliable, and clearly very skilled at his trade. The work was completed efficiently, to a very high standard, and with great attention to detail.
Chris kept us informed throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were comfortable with the decisions along the way. He was also tidy and respectful of our home, which we really appreciated.
We’re absolutely delighted with the results and feel confident knowing the wiring has been done properly and safely. We would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a trustworthy and excellent electrician.Highly recommend. Chris fitted new consumer units and added electricity to a garden office. I used Chris for a few electrical jobs ahead of some decorating.
He replaced the consumer unit, replaced and added new spots in my kitchen, added lighting to my garage and added an outlet and trunking behind my wall mounted TV.
When he initially did his survey for a quote, he was very knowledgeable and made suggestions for things I hadn't thought about or was struggling with.
The estimate was in the ballpark of what I was expecting. There was a small wait for the work to be done.
I didn't get other quotes as I was confident he'd do a good job.
When here, he and his colleague (can't remember his name, he was tall!) respected my property and worked diligently.
If they made any mess, they cleared it up.
Once gone, the only sign they were here was the worked they'd done.
Highly recommended. May be a little more expensive (I don't know). May have to wait a little longer (someone available soon isn't a good thing).More reviews+9

Chris, owner of CSM Electrical has been my electrician for over 8 years! He has done extensive electrical work for my renovated bathrooms and has installed new lighting in my loft and the garage. Chris’s work is meticulous and he puts safety first. More recently, Chris has installed new LED lighting in my garden which looks amazing! Chris is very personable and always willing to help. I cannot recommend his work more highly!!Chris at CSM Electrical installed an illuminated mirror in our en suite, and I am so pleased with the work carried out. Dealing with Chris was a pleasure - he was reliable, helpful, courteous, and very clearly explained the work required. The cost for completion of the work was very reasonable, and the quality of the work completed was of a top standard. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Over the past year or so that I have known Chris, he has been absolutely top notch with the work that he's done for me. Totally reliable, always punctual, professional, and now as much of a friend as he is my go-to electrician.
Before he carries out any work, he will always discuss and give me easy to understand options and information, so I can make informed choices about the electrics in my home.
The house is so much more enjoyable now with the new kitchen, the extra convenient sockets around the house, and the other new fittings and fixtures you've installed!

Customer service was amazing with clear communication, a comprehensive quote and reassurance what to expect prior to works being carried out. Chris then did the work promptly not long after and worked tidily and with a friendly approach. He is a family man which is always reassuring especially working on our family homes electrics so he understands safety is our priority and was also very good at settling our dogs too! Communication is always great and issues and resolutions are always explained in an understandable manner (electrics is like another language for people who don’t understand). Chris was great! We have used him for all of our electrical needs at home from adding and changing plug sockets to a complete new wiring system in an out building. Super friendly, knowledgeable and we wouldn’t use anyone else highly recommend x
